Refund & Returns Policy

At SoMi, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.


Refunds Are Approved For:

  • Damaged or defective items – Customers must provide clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Wrong item received – Customers must provide photos showing the incorrect product.

  • Item not delivered – Verified through the tracking number.


Refunds Are Not Approved For:

  • Change of mind.

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer.

  • Any claims made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.


Returns

  • Items cannot be returned to SoMi directly.

  • Returns are only accepted if authorized by our support team and approved by the supplier.

  • If a return is authorized, the customer will receive instructions and a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued only after the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the item.


Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@somiwear.com with your order number and issue with the order and please attach any files if applicable (photos for damaged products, screenshot of tracking issue, etc.).

  2. Our team will review the request.

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after supplier confirmation.


Important Note

Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
